**For the month of February, we are offering one free trial class on Saturdays only, no CrossFit experience necessary.
Just let the coach know its a trial class for you, you will complete our waiver and have fun!
**Experienced CrossFitters are welcome to drop in to any class for a $15 fee.
*** No CrossFit experience? No worries. To get started, schedule your introductory Foundations class with us. Foundations is free IF you start your month to month membership when you complete all 4 sessions.

Barbell (BB) Class

Want to understand, improve and master good form and technique with barbell lifts? We offer this extra class for you.
Many, who want to start CrossFit , are intimidated with the strength-training lifts using barbells. CFOR offers this class to help you understand how to move a barbell and give you the confidence to keep going.
