**Experienced CrossFitters are welcome to drop in to any class for a $15 fee for the 1st day, we have pricing for multiple day drop ins as well, send us an email to inquire. 

*** No CrossFit experience? No worries. To get started, schedule your introductory Foundations class with us. The fee to schedule this class is $80.   

This fee is non-refundable but will be applied as a deposit toward your first month's membership.

Barbell (BB) Class

Trained by Certified Olympic Lift Coaches Lindsay Watson and Matt Cooney

Want to understand, improve and master good form and technique with barbell lifts?   We offer this extra class for you.

Many, who want to start CrossFit , are intimidated with the strength-training lifts using barbells.  CFOR offers this class to help you understand how to move a barbell and give you the confidence to keep going. 

Wednesday 6 pm - 7 pm

Saturday 10:00 am - 11 am
