CrossFit is defined as constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity. Here at CrossFit Oak Ridge, we strive to make your time with us the best part of your day. Each hour long class will consist of a structured warm-up led by one of our certified trainers, daily strength or skill work, and a Workout Of The Day, or WOD.
While each day and WOD are different, we incorporate all of the modalities of functional training to help you get stronger, fitter, and more confident in your abilities. On top of that, each class has an incredible sense of community. You will make friends that support your goals and cheer you on every single day. Our coaches believe there is an athlete in everyone and are skilled in helping you modify workouts to accommodate your current goals and abilities.
