Free trial class

Not sure if you're ready to go all in on CrossFit? Come visit for a free trial class where you can talk with one of our trainers about your personal goals and fitness history. You will be guided through a class so you can get a feel of how they work while still getting 1:1 support from a trainer.

Foundations

Already know you are ready to give CrossFit a shot? Sign up for our 4 day foundations class! Our training program is designed to help you improve your strength, stamina, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. You will learn the core lifts: squat, overhead press, deadlift, bench press as well as Olympic lifts: snatch, clean, and jerk. You will also learn gymnastics movements and how to safely scale as a new athlete.

The fee to schedule this class is $80. It is non-refundable but will be applied as a deposit toward your first month's membership.
